Newry BID Manager, Eamonn Connolly, met Peter May the Permanent Secretary of the Department of Infrastructure along with members of on May 3rd.

Newry BID raised members concerns on parking enforcement and stressed the need for engagement to compliment the BIDs existing support measures (over 300 Free parking and signage across the city).

The BID outlined members feedback and detailed the results from our surveys and research.

The Dept of Infrastructure have agreed to follow up engagement to support Newry BID efforts on parking issues.
