Director Aine Crilly is an experienced Human Resource professional with a wealth of experience in managing many complex HR issues, employment legislation and HR best practice. She has worked as an independent consultant with a variety of clients on extensive HR projects including small to medium sized businesses, multinational professional services groups and gained international HR experience in Canada within the last eight years. Aine has significant transferable experience, on a voluntary basis in people development, management and public relations. Aine has a MSc Human Resource Management, BSc Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Aine is also a part-time CIPD Lecturer and qualified Assessor who delivers the accredited Level 5 HR qualification.
HR Consultancy: Will undertake the full range of HR operations and implement HR processes on your behalf. These can include: Strategic Planning, Employment Law Issues, Northern Ireland Equality Requirements, HR Support and Audits, Employee Relations & Management, People Management and Performance Appraisals.
Recruitment and selection: Will manage your recruitment and selection process without discriminating and ensure you comply with Legislation, from placing the advert, arranging interviews through to the appointment of the individual. Also draw up final details and dealing with any queries.
Ultimately ensuring you get the right candidate who meets the requirements first time.
Contracts of Employment: Will assist you with developing terms and conditions of employment and legal contracts of employment in compliance with the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
Workplace Policies and procedures: Will look at the types of policies which should be introduced that are business specific for your Employee Handbook. The employment policies that you have will depend on the size and nature of your business. The business will develop family friendly policies that will ensure your business is legally compliant.
Training: The HR Elephant can offer customised training exclusive to your organisation or they can deliver group learning and training sessions. They have extensive experience in providing engaging training solutions, they create an informative learning and sharing environment ultimately empowering attendees to effectively lead their people.
