This programme aims to help leading women with guidance, advice and practical ideas for building their brand and strategy to advance in their career.
Lead like a Lady will provide a building foundation for women embarking on their business journey as well as those that want to progress up the business ladder.

Lead Like a Lady consists of 6 sessions over a 6-month period (October 2019- March 2020), the first session takes place on the 18th of October.
Sessions will feature collaborations with a range of Experts to provide women with the foundation to achieve their business goals.

Those who participate in the ‘Lead like a Lady’ programme will be able to:

Identify their purpose, passion and personal power within their career story.

Build their personal image, reputation and brand.

Become a more confident leader using effective public speaking techniques.

Understand the extensive range of skills required to be an effective leader.

Recognise leadership approaches and discover your own leadership style.

Build a bespoke development plan to further advance and progress your career.
