There has never been a more important time to celebrate and acknowledge local, independent retailers than in 2020. Whilst most came to a standstill, retailers made a huge effort to keep us going throughout the crisis – from stepping up deliveries to assisting vulnerable members of the community and generally going the extra mile for customers.
Once again, Retail NI and the Irish News have teamed up to find the people’s favourite local independent retailers in 2020. All you have to do is go to irishnews.com/local and vote for the local shop that means the most to you and your family. It might be the service, the staff, the produce, the sense of fun and friendship, or maybe all of the above and more, but if you value your independent retailers, let them know by casting your vote now!
Vote for your favourite retail outlet – convenience store, coffee shop, healthcare retailer, fashion retailer, butcher, deli, homeware retailer and more. This year there’s also an opportunity to recognise efforts made by retailers throughout the crisis with a chance to vote for retailer that has best supported their community during the crisis.
