Established in 1990, the Corn Dolly is a family run business that has been serving the people of Newry and Mourne for over two decades. We produce an extensive range of traditional and artisan breads, handmade confectionery and bespoke celebration cakes.
From an initial workforce of just eight, our hard work, dedication and commitment to quality has helped the company to grow in both reputation and excellence, and we now employ almost 50 staff. In 2005 we moved to a new purpose built factory with state of the art equipment, and we now have three shops and cafes in Newry and Warrenpoint. Over the years we have also broken into the wholesale market and have developed an excellent customer base both north and south of the boarder.
Our focus has always been on quality. We use only the freshest ingredients and traditional baking methods to produce high quality, hand-crafted and hand decorated produce. Our quality produce have won many awards over the years including Great Taste Awards, Bridgestone Guide Awards, and more recently the Blas na hÉireann awards.
To this day we are still very much an award winning family run home bakery, with three generations of the O’Keefe family now working together. We believe that quality is simply the secret of our success.
