Hill Street has recently been a hive of activity as many businesses availed of the Newry, Mourne & Down District Council’s Shop Front Grant Scheme supported by Newry BID.

This has helped with getting over 30 businesses re-painted or new signage and windows installed.

It is important for businesses to thrive and this initiative has helped to re-invent the town centre. As we tour around at the completion of the project we are delighted to see Hill Street look so well.
