With tentative dates emerging across Europe for restaurant re-opening from as early as May 15th in Austria we need to be thinking about how Newry can prepare for this here and outline the supports required to prevent further losses for the sector.

Please see the Irish Times article (see below link) which is interesting about the need for re-training, guidance on social distancing, looking at opening public spaces for restaurants use, and other factors that need to be considered to enable the re-opening of our restaurants.
